Yes, all of our machines are complianrt with the Federal ADA standards for handicapped access. All required functions are accessible between 15" and 48" high on the machine and the machine is clear for at least 10" to be able to access the machine from a wheel chair.
Yes, most electronic payments are accepted, Including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and some may be capable of QR Code payment.
We will work with you to determine the best location and type of vending machine for your needs. We will install the machine and keep it stocked with fresh products. We will attend to any issues as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
We offer a variety of snacks, candy, beverages, and healthy options. We will work with you to determine the best selection for your location customers and employees.
We will work with you to determine what machines and products are best suited to your location. The products must be viable for sales.
We will work diligently once you place your order, to facilitate delivery, configuration and stocking. Usually within 4 -6 weeks.
The machines and products will be placed at your site FREE of charge. Only individual products dispensed by the machine/s will be charged.
No problem, if you wish we will remove our machines at your request. You can terminate any contracts at will. We will then move the machines at the earliest Date/Time that is feasible. Usually within 72 hours.
We will work with you to determine what fits best in your location. If we have a machine that fits your needs and also fits our sales models, we will provide the replacement. Usually within 2 weeks.
Yes, we insure for both liability and for loss/damage.
As part of developing our business we are very concerned about quality equipment. We will buy new where possible (This may impact normal delivery times) and refurbished with warranty otherwise..
Yes, we can coordinate the delivery of specialty vending machines and products, but these may be impacted by availability of both machines and products.

Contract termination and machine removal
We hate to see it when it comes to this step, but no hard feelings, McAlli-co Associates LLC holds that any Service Agreement in force between our parties, can be terminated by either party at any time. We will happily coordinate removal of the equipment with a 3rd party to occur as soon as is reasonable.
A Contract Termination and Equipment Return usually consists of:
- Contract Termination Notification must be submitted via eMail to Steve@mcalli-co.com or Marianne@mcalli-co.com.
- Contract Termination Notification number of days = 10 Business Days (Exceptions must be negotiated in good faith).
- State of Returned Equipment = Equipment must be left in normal, good working order during the Contract Termination Notification period (e.g. undamaged, beyond normal wear and tear).
- McAlli-co Associates LLC will hold harmless the customer after the equipment is returned in good order.
